Virtual Tour Training
I used Adobe's Creative Cloud to redesign our Virtual Tour slideshow for better accessibility for guests who cannot attend in-person tours. I then trained my fellow Ambassadors on the new layout.
New Member Tour Training
With our incoming class of 12, I designed and executed a 2-hour training module to onboard our new members! Content contained: proper guest interaction training, public speaking practice, tour route logistic training and walkthrough, tour content training, organizational culture introduction, and team building exercises.
Accessible Tour Route
I developed a route designed to optimize the in-person tour experience for guests with disabilities. Cal Poly is historically a non-accessible campus: both culturally and structurally noninclusive. Providing this option for guests curates a sense of community and inclusion - a value we as Ambassadors do our best to embody.
