The Good Life by Marc S. Schulz and Robert J. Waldinger
I'm fascinated by the concept of living the "good life," and the science behind it. This book is based on Harvard's longitudinal study of Adult Development.
What I'm Listening To
The Huberman Lab Podcast by Andrew Huberman
I try to be active every day to boost my energy, productivity, and fulfillment, and to be the best person for the people around me. This podcast helps me stay on track and provides me with advice to improve my holistic health, which I'm really passionate about.
